This car was supposedly a Run & Drive but was not the case when we received it (as you’ll see in the videos). This video is being posted in attempts to have Copart buy the car back and reimburse the transportation costs from MO to CA.

Problems:

Keys are blank copies. Cannot even turn on the ignition.

Engine is seized. Crank does not turn over even manually.

Car seems to have been a flood or completely submerged.
