Sounds like an uphill battle. Competing head to head with AutoTrader, a company that has been in business for decades will be hard. Getting noticed and successfully driving business to your website won’t be easy since all the competition is well established.
The only way to do it is to offer something the others don’t. More features, lower fees, better photography, you’re going to have to come up with a gimmick to stand out in a crowded market.
